The 8th Annual Pumpkin Run and Halloween Fest is back in person this year, taking place on Sunday, October 24, 2021 in Downtown Alhambra. Proceeds will benefit the Alhambra Educational Foundation!
This great family event features 10K, 5K and 1K runs, as well as live entertainment, Trick-or-Treating at downtown businesses, carnival games, costume contest, Alhambra Certified Farmers Market and much more! Dress up in your best Halloween, Pumpkin or Orange gear! Being so close to Halloween, many of our runners dress up to the run. Feel free to wear anything and all orange, a Halloween costume or a big and fun pumpkin tutu! Make it fun. Make it memorable. *Costumes may not create a safety hazard to yourself or other runners.
A new division has been added this year. The Kiddie Fun Run begins with a fun warm up of exercises and quick dance led by the fun master of ceremonies before each group. This route will be a half K (half of the route of the 1K) for ages 4 and 5 years old. Visit the Alhambra Pumpkin Run website to register for the run/walk, or for more details about the event.

Parking may be limited due to the event, but visitors, participants and food vendors can park at these locations:
-Parking structure at 80 S First Street
-Parking structure at 26 N First Street
-Library parking structure
-Street parking

STREET CLOSURE INFO:
ROAD CLOSURES:
On October 23rd, from 7 p.m. to October 24th at 12 p.m., ALL of the streets within the race zone will be CLOSED TO TRAFFIC. The following streets will be closed during the race:
-Main St: Atlantic Ave to Vega St (No Cross traffic will be permitted)
-Garfield Ave: Main St to Woodward Ave
-El Molino St: Main St to Granada Ave
-Granada Ave: El Molino St to Main St
Overnight parking restrictions will be relaxed from October 23rd through October 24th, 2021, from Granada to El Molino, and from Main St. to Commonwealth.
If you require vehicle access during this time, please arrange to park on an adjacent unaffected street.

PACKET PICKUP:
Pick up your Pumpkin Run packet on Saturday, October 23rd between the hours of 10am and 2pm in front of Alhambra City Hall (on the west side/2nd Street) at our drive-thru easy pick-up.
You can pick up your family or friends packets, as long as your have their registration on your smart phone or printed out.

Drive Thru: You can stay in your car and we'll bring your box to you!
Registration: Have your registration pulled up on your phone when you arrive please.
In the event that you cannot pick-up your packet on Saturday, you can pick-up your packet Sunday morning before the race starting at 7:00am at our Pumpkin Run team table south of the Start Line.
