The Water Quality and Environmental Compliance Division oversees all aspects of the water quality monitoring program, water conservation, National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES), Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4), Fats, Oils and Grease (FOG) and making recommendations for appropriate treatment and mitigation measures.
Responsibilities
Oversees, implements and coordinates environmental compliance programs for all regional, State and Federal regulatory mandates for drinking water, stormwater and wastewater
Employee safety training
Each year the Division is responsible for publishing the annual Consumer Confidence Report which contains important information about the community's drinking water.
