The Planning Division is accepting digital submittals via Dropbox as an alternative to submitting USB drives.
Prior to submitting your application(s) and required materials, you will need to contact a Planner to gain access to Dropbox. All Dropbox links to submit will expire every Sunday at 11 pm. Applicants that submit their digital material(s) and Excel mailing labels to Dropbox shall be submitted as follows:
Project material(s) shall be uploaded to the Dropbox within a File Folder or a ZIP-folder
The File Folder or ZIP-Folder shall be renamed to include the project's address and date (for example 111 South First St_3-18-2019)
All files within the File Folder or ZIP-Folder shall be named-based with the submittal number and document type included (for example Submittal_2_Site_Plans)
Note: Keeping user information safe and secure is the City of Alhambra’s main priority. Therefore, the City will not grant viewing access to our Dropbox. The City is not responsible for any project materials that were not uploaded per the Planning Division’s requirements outlined above. Any project material(s) submitted outside the specified requirements will not be accepted. It is the responsibility of the applicant to confirm that Planning has received all material(s) submitted via Dropbox. Any and all outstanding fees shall be paid in full prior to Planning accepting any submittal.
