The L.A. County Financial Navigators program is designed to help L.A. County residents deal with the financial impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, providing remote assistance in navigating critical financial issues and making referrals to other social services and resources. State's Rent Relief Program
The State has announced the launch of a CA COVID-19 Rent Relief Program, intended to help income-eligible households pay rent and utilities, both for past and future payments. The decision by the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors to Opt-In to the statewide program will offer a singular, uniform framework to be deployed throughout California and avoid unnecessary confusion about competing programs among residents. Low-Income Household Water Assistance Program
Low-income households in Alhambra can now apply to receive financial assistance for delinquent residential water bills. The Low-Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP) offers a one-time payment of up to $2,000 to help pay residential water or wastewater utility bills. Learn more here.
