City Hall & Utilities Customer Service Center Operational Update

CITY HALL AND THE CSC ARE OPEN

City Hall and the Utilities Customer Service Center are open from Monday to Thursday, from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. The public is welcomed to visit to conduct business matters.

All staff and visitors to City Hall are required to abide by current health guidelines whenever inside City facilities. In the event patrons would prefer to conduct business remotely, staff is also available by phone, email, or appointment. For the Alhambra Civic Center Library hours, visit their website.

COVID-19 TESTING

Please visit the County's website for a list of locations where you can get tested for COVID-19. LA County also has the Home Test Collection program that offers an at-home nasal swab test-kit via mail to LA County residents. Learn more about the LA County Home Test Collection Program here.

COVID VACCINE DISTRIBUTION

Everyone 6 months and older in LA County are eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. To find a location to get vaccinated, please visit LA County's website. Find other appointment locations at the My Turn website. 

Senior Transportation to COVID Vaccination Appointments

Access Riders can make appointments for transportation via Access Services. Once you have scheduled an appointment for the COVID-19 Vaccine, riders can book a reservation for an Access trip to a drive-through vaccination site. The City of Alhambra's Case Management Office can help seniors make an appointment with Access. Please see the Senior Transportation Flyer (PDF) online for details.

COVID BOOSTER

The LA County Department of Public Health recommends everyone 12 and over to get a booster shot. To learn more about eligibility, visit LADPH's website.
