A staff member or voice message recorder will answer depending on the time of your call. Leave the location and a description of the violation. You can report violations anonymously. However, if you would like a call back, please leave your name & telephone number. All reports are handled confidentially. Code Enforcement staff investigate and enforce city codes & state statutes. Violations can result in a warning, citation, fine and even legal action. If a code violation involves a potential emergency, officers will respond immediately, otherwise complaints are generally followed up within one working day by visiting the site of the alleged violation, and if necessary beginning the process of correcting the situation.
