	UTILITIES E-PAYMENT (Online or by Phone 1-888-680-4902) Please Note: If you have received a SHUT-OFF NOTICE, do not continue to pay online. You must pay in person by 4 p.m. at the Utilities Customer Service Center, 68 South First Street, Alhambra.
	PARKING CITATION E-PAYMENT (Online or by Phone 1-877-236-2947)   For parking citations received within the City of Alhambra, you can call the toll-free number above to pay by credit card or pay online by credit card 24 hours per day.    You can also stop by the City Hall - Finance Department. To contest a citation, you'll need to request an Administrative Review within 21 days from the date of issuance of the citation or 10 days of the mailing of the Late Notice. To request a review, you'll need to do it in writing, or stop by the Finance Department Customer Service counter, or call the Finance Department at (626) 570-5020.      The City's mailing address is:           City of Alhambra - Finance Department           111 South First Street           Alhambra, CA 91801    For questions about moving violations, call the Municipal Court at (626) 308-5531.
