Hop Woo Restaurant takes its place among delectable Chinese restaurants in Alhambra with its location at the NW corner of Garfield & Main. Lunch patrons are enticed to Hop Woo each day, with an extensive "Special Lunch" menu featuring favorite Chinese dishes ranging from $4.95 to $6.50. Two special favorites are Kung Pau Shrimp, Beef and Chicken, and the Chef's Special Beef Steak. The full menu is available throughout the day and contains a wide variety of choices, including seafood specialties--shark's fin, abolone, lobster, crab, shrimp, scallops, squid, clams and oysters. Other favorites include poultry, meat and vegetable dishes, Clay Pot specialities, sizzling platters, rice combinations, and lots and lots of noodles.
