Valley Boulevard is a vibrant, emerging business district encompassing Asian markets, a growing number of restaurants, retail, banking and other service-type businesses. There are several major Asian bank headquarters located here, along with Asian-owned and operated businesses that cater to the city's large Asian population.

This fact is not exclusive, however. Valley Boulevard is also home to many well-known national and local retailers.
